Cast resin transformer copper foil winding machine BRJ1400-2 is one professional equipment for winding coils for cast resin transformer and other similar products. This kind of copper foil winding machine can handle one or two layers of copper or aluminium strip with 300mm to 1400mm width. The copper foil winding machine can also handle one or two layers of layer insulation paper. Automatic TIG welding unit is used to weld the conductor foil with the bus bar together. Moreover, the copper foil winding machine can be customized, such as the foil decoiler expanding range. Usually, the foil decoiler expanding range is from 420 to 520mm, which is suitable for the conductor foil with inner diameter 500mm. The decoiler can be manufactured according to your needs.
